Getting Started
Office:
- 47 North First Street (Route 191) in Bangor – across from the Event Theatre and Bangor Police station
- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Evening /weekend hours by Appointment

- We answer our phone until 7:30 pm every day including most weekends
Payment Options:
- Cash, check or credit card: credit or debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)
- Automatic Credit Card program for monthly rent
Initial Payment:
- First month’s rent
- Security Deposit to ensure that you leave your unit as you find it
- Administrative Fee
Lock:

New cylinder lock with three keys at no additional cost

Only you have keys for your unit. No master keys.
Anniversary Date Billing:
- The date you sign up is the date that your monthly rent is due
Lease Terms:
- Monthly, no minimum
- Twelfth month free with one-year contract paid in full
For your Security:
- Secure access with your own pass-code: 7 days/week; 365 days/year
- Computer controlled gate tracks arrivals, departures, time spent on-site
- Intercom at keypad dials office
- All units are locked
