Plan your storage space by placing those items you will need to access more frequently near the front of your unit.

All units have roll up doors for easy access. 5 x 10 foot unit doors are 3 feet 8 inches wide. All other units have 8-foot wide doors. All units are 9-1/2 feet high inside.

Unheated self-storage and parking are located on Route 512, less than one mile from down town Bangor and only six miles from Portland/Mt Bethel.

  • 3 x 4 foot lockers to 13-1/2 by 11-1/2 foot units, with 8 foot ceilings
  • Located in B-EB office, at 47 North First Street, Bangor
  • Monthly rent: $1.00/square foot + 6% PA state tax
All rentals are subject to an administrative fee and security deposit. All security deposits are promptly refunded when:
  • Unit is empty
  • Lock is removed from unit (do not return to us)
  • Unit is swept clean
  • No grease, oil or tar spots on floor or walls of unit
  • No 'unwanted stuff' is left behind
